The successful hosting of the 2025 Liaoning · Sino-European Investment Law Forum established a regional platform for international legal cooperation. 2026年1月28日，盛和律师所主任任广盛受邀参加中国欧洲经济技术合作协会“2026中欧协会与驻华使节新春交流会”。这次交流会旨在加强中国欧洲经济技术合作协会（中欧协会）与各驻华使领馆、外国驻华机构及企业之间的沟通，探索多领域经贸合作。活动汇聚了德国、意大利、西班牙、爱沙尼亚、斯洛伐克、克罗地亚等国驻华外交使节、高级商务官员及国内政府部门与行业领军企业代表。

On January 28, 2026, Mr. Ren Guangsheng, Managing Partner of Liaoning Sun-land Law Firm, was invited to attend the “2026 China–Europe Association and Foreign Diplomats New Year Exchange Reception”, organized by the China–Europe Association for Economic and Technical Cooperation.

This exchange event aimed to enhance communication between the Association and foreign embassies and consulates in China, international institutions, and enterprises, while exploring opportunities for multi-sector economic and trade cooperation.

The event brought together diplomatic envoys, senior commercial officials, and representatives from leading enterprises and government departments from countries including Germany, Italy, Spain, Estonia, Slovakia, and Croatia.

交流会上，任广盛主任与多国驻华使节进行了广泛而深入的交流，其中重点与爱沙尼亚驻华大使馆公使、副馆长马涛先生就盛和律师所客户拟赴爱沙尼亚投资，展开了富有成效的对话。爱沙尼亚是中国在波罗的海地区的重要合作伙伴，两国自1991年建交以来，高层互访频繁，政治互信日益加深，经贸、文化、教育等领域的务实合作不断扩大。

During the reception, Mr. Ren held extensive and in-depth discussions with diplomats from multiple countries. In particular, he engaged in highly productive dialogue with Mr. Ma Tao, Minister-Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Estonia in China, regarding Sun-land Law Firm clients’ planned investments in Estonia. Estonia is an important partner of China in the Baltic region. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1991, the two countries have maintained frequent high-level exchanges, deepened political mutual trust, and continuously expanded practical cooperation in trade, culture, and education.
